ANOTHER FRESH FISH

Sorry I Raped You; Can I Do Yard Work to Compensate?”

In October 2017,  Timothy Adam Walton of Boynton Beach, Florida, broke into his neighbor’s home while she was asleep. Once inside, he raped the mother of two at knifepoint.

After the attack,  he sat down on the bed and began talking to the woman. It was then the man pulled off the mask he wore, revealing his identity.  He told the woman that she should deadbolt her door because he didn’t want to attack her. He then asked her to go outside to smoke a cigarette.

At this point, the 18-year-old asked the unidentified woman if he could do yard work or fix things around the house to ‘make up’ for rping her. She told him no, at which point he left the house, instructing her not to call police. She dialed 9-1-1 after he left.

He was charged with three counts of sexual assault with a weapon and one count each of burglary and false imprisonment and convicted on all charges. He was sentenced to serve a mandatory minimum 50-year sentence..
